Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your sticker is defective, damaged in transit, or if the wrong item was sent, please contact us at tropidripco@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will happily send a replacement or issue a refund for damaged goods.
Returns & Exchanges
To keep our prices low and shipping affordable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind."
However, if you have a specific issue with your order, please reach out—we’re here to help!
Lost or Missing Orders
Since our Economy Shipping ($0.99) is sent via USPS Snail Mail without tracking, please allow up to 10 business days for your envelope to arrive. If your order hasn't surfaced after 10 business days, email us and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
